About us

LogoOestercompagnie-TM Founded in 2001, Oestercompagnie developed a unique concept in which oysters are served “on the spot” at various gatherings. Oystermen and Oystergirls carry their oysters along in buckets attached to leather belts. Owner and founder Matijn Wijn started this concept. Oestercompagnie can be found serving fresh oysers in many European countries, such as Belgium, Germany, Switserland, France and Italy.
